A client needed Google Workspace configured across 9 separate domains — each requiring DNS record updates, TXT verification, and proper email routing through Namecheap’s DNS management panel.
They had initially hired another provider to handle the setup, but the job stalled. The previous provider couldn’t complete the DNS configurations correctly, leaving domains unverified and email routing broken.
I took over the project, audited everything that had been done (and not done), and completed the full setup from scratch — DNS records, domain verification, MX routing, and email security protocols across all 9 domains.

DNS Audit
Reviewed the existing DNS configurations across all 9 domains in Namecheap to identify what the previous provider had misconfigured or left incomplete.
MX Record Configuration
Updated MX records for all 9 domains to point to Google Workspace’s mail servers, ensuring proper email routing priority and delivery.
TXT Verification
Added Google-generated TXT verification records to each domain’s DNS zone in Namecheap, then confirmed ownership in the Google Admin console.
SPF & DKIM Setup
Configured SPF records to authorize Google’s mail servers and generated DKIM signing keys for each domain to prevent email spoofing and improve deliverability.
DMARC Policy
Added DMARC records with monitoring policies to protect against phishing, providing the client with visibility into email authentication results.
Testing & Handoff
Verified email send/receive on all 9 domains, confirmed DNS propagation, tested SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment, and handed off full documentation to the client.
