Services

I provide freelance web design, GoHighLevel development, CRM automation, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon before work begins, typically via a written proposal or message confirmation.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon per project. A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are non-refundable once work has been delivered, unless a specific refund policy is agreed upon in writing.

Project Scope & Revisions

Work is delivered according to the agreed scope. Changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as specified in the project agreement.
Significant scope changes will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created for your project.
I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, access credentials, and timely feedback as needed for the project. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.

Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or this website. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Website Use

The content on this website is for informational purposes. While I strive for accuracy, I make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of any information on this site.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If terminated, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

I may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
